UEBA ESOU started as a paint shop over 260 years ago in Japan. It got its idea from a traditional white Japanese painting pigment made from scallop shells and eventually launched a cosmetic brand.

The company started producing non-toxic nail polish with scallop shell fine powder. The nail polish, Gofun, contains no organic solvent, which means it is gentle on the skin and there are no pungent smells that most classic nail polishes have. It dries in only a few minutes and can be easily removed with rubbing alcohol. The greatest feature is its colors. Gofun nail polish offers traditional Japanese tones and keeps releasing new colors which suit the nails. If you are looking to enjoy different nail colors matching your outfits every day, Gofun nail is the best option.
