Yohaku. is a sustainable salon that embodies the motto “a person with margins is beautiful.” This exceptional establishment provides a comfortable environment where clients can not only tend to their hair but also find a space for self-reflection and personal growth. By fostering beauty, Yohaku cultivates a system that benefits others as well.

Among Yohaku.’s eco-friendly features is a mymizu spot, where clients can refill their reusable bottles. The salon also supports fair trade by selling ethically sourced goods and contributes to the Japan Rescue Association through Hummingbird Electricity. Clients can enjoy organic drinks and vegan cookies during their visit, while the salon uses compost and heats its space with thinned wood pellets to reduce its environmental footprint.

Yohaku. employs ozone air sterilization and ozone water to maintain a clean environment. The salon is also committed to reusing aluminum tubes for colorants and using workshop-made shopping bags to minimize waste. Clients can benefit from a microscope scalp diagnosis and organic henna treatments.

Looking to the future, Yohaku. plans to expand its sustainability initiatives by incorporating solar thermal water heaters and solar panel power generation into its operations.
