Its central initiative is the “WE SHOP,” a unique charity platform that pioneers the reuse and recycling movement by soliciting donations of clothing and miscellaneous goods from local citizens for resale.

This venture not only promotes eco-conscious practices but also serves as the organization’s financial pillar. Once operating expenses are deducted, the proceeds from “WE SHOP” are channeled towards international cooperation efforts, particularly providing grant support in Asia, and nurturing co-growth initiatives while advocating policy reforms.

Beyond its focus on “WE SHOP,” WE21 Japan is actively involved in other critical areas.
