(About Sustainability Impact score)

A chic, tiny city grocery offering vegan meals and delicious kombucha

Even though the interior design leans towards an industrial atmosphere, this grocery store reflects the modern invention of ethical consumption. You immediately sense the commitment to ethical products as you step into the store. Near the eat-in corner is a range of vegetables for your cooking ingredients. Towards the back half of the store is various ethical products from snacks to condiments. Items like collapsable stojo cups for daily reuse are also available for your sustainable lifestyle mix.

There is also an eat-in corner for their vegetarian menu. Cold-pressed juices are also available, but their kombucha is the true surprise. Their carbonated series of kombucha makes you keep coming back for more.

What we would like to see

Many of the products are still using single-use plastics. A push for alternative material and/or purchasing method will improve things.
